Where are you located?
Our self-storage facility is located at 2015 Bassett Drive, Mankato, Minnesota 56001.
We’re next to Kohl's Mankato!
Do I have to sign a lease?
We offer month-to-month leases and billing occurs every month on the day you moved in.
No need to sign a long-term contract.
Additionally as part of the lease agreement, we require insurance for your property.
You can provide your current homeowners/renters policy or purchase a low-cost plan from us.
We'll be here for you as long as you need us.
What are some benefits of climate-controlled
storage?
There are plenty of benefits from using one of our climate-controlled storage units, including
protection from the climate, better airflow inside the unit, and peace of mind. Whether you’re
planning to store electronics, books or furniture, you can rest assured your belongings will
be secure while you’re away.
Can I pay my rent online?
You sure can! Our tenants can use our online bill pay feature to make payments, reserve
more storage units, or update their account information from anywhere with an internet
connection.
I don't see the size unit I need when I check the rates?
Not a problem. Our larger units are some of the most popular. What we can do is combine several
units of a smaller size together. Example; you need a 10ft by 30ft, but eveything is full. We can combine
two 10ft by 15ft units together (and probably right next to each other) for the same cost of 10x30.
What hours can I access my storage unit?
Monday thru Sunday 6am to 10pm.
Do you have equipment to move boxes and furniture?
Yes, in both our indoor loading bays we have an assortment of dollies and carts.
Feel free to use them any time you are here.
How is the facility set up?
Great question! Our multi-level building is equipped with security cameras and offers a
variety of unit sizes with climate control, electricity, and other amenities. These indoor
storage units are perfect if you’d like your items to be clean and away from the elements.
What are some of the effects from heat, cold or
humidity on my items?
Many items are sensitive to changes in temperature and moisture, including fabrics,
documents, electronics, and wood. For example, if humidity levels are not controlled, they
can warp the shape of your item, crack it, deteriorate it, or cause severe damage to its
elements.
How do I get in touch with you?
There are several options. You can use our online form, call us or simply visit us at our office.
Our staff will be happy to work with you on anything you need before getting
started.
